In addition to this website's Terms & Conditions which govern your use of this website, any purchase of products by You from this website is also governed by these additional Purchase & Payment Terms.

In these Purchase & Payment Terms:

"Triple A " means Triple A General Trading (Gulf) B.S.C. (c);

"Us" means Triple A General Trading (Gulf) B.S.C. (c) either alone or together with You, as the context requires;

"You"means the person ordering Products and or Services subject to these Purchase & Payment Terms.

Territory” means gulf countries (Bahrain, KSA, Oman, Qatar & UAE) where Triple A Gulf has its operations.

1. Agreement

Triple A cannot issue your iProducts and or Services until You have paid for it in full. You may pay by Visa Card, MasterCard, Bank and Money Transfer.

Upon payment, Triple A will confirm receipt of your order by an acknowledgement displayed onscreen once your payment details have been accepted, followed by an e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address You provide on your Products and or Services details.

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors up until the point at which You submit your order by clicking the “Pay by Credit Card” button on the payment option page. A legally binding contract between Us is created at the point of our acceptance of Your order

Triple A reserves the right to choose not to accept your order for any reason, at its discretion, and will not be liable to You or anyone else in those circumstances.

2. Prices and Payment

The prices for all Insurance services displayed on this website are in UAE Dirham (AED), inclusive of charges. Delivery may be charged in addition, if mentioned and any such additional charges are clearly displayed under “Shipping Charges”, where they apply.

Prices may change at any time prior to (but not after) acceptance of your order.

In the unlikely event that the price has been incorrectly mentioned on this website, we will contact You by phone/e-mail (at the number/address provided with your order details), to ask whether You wish to proceed with the correct price. If You are not happy to proceed, or we are unable to obtain your instructions, we will cancel the order and provide You with a full refund of any money debited.

In the event that the price has been incorrectly calculated due to false declaration or if You don’t have documents to prove the same, You will be asked to pay the premium difference. If You are not happy to proceed and opt to cancel the policy, a cancelation fee of AED 100/- will be levied.

By using a credit card to pay for your order, You confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform You of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging You as a result of our processing of your credit card payment in accordance with your order.

If You choose to cancel your policy, You must return the original policy schedule (if received by You) to the relevant address (see above) at your own risk and cost.

Triple A shall refund your payment, calculated on the pro-rata basis of the time consumed, as soon as possible after receiving notice of cancellation from You, subject to your returning the original policy as set out above. A cancelation fee of AED 100/- will be levied.

In case of cancellation due to false declaration, a cancelation fee of AED 100/- will be levied.

4. Error in the policy

Triple A will correct the errors, if the policy is issued with an error, as a result of Our agent’s ignorance. However, if the error occurred due to wrong information provided by you, an amount of AED 100/- will be charged as fee toward re-issuing the documents.

5. Security

Triple A understands that You may have concerns about security on the internet. Our website uses a secure server that implements secure sockets layer (SSL) technology in our on-line ordering process to protect your payment card information.

In the unlikely event of fraudulent or unauthorised use of your payment card by someone else to purchase a policy from Us on our website, kindly notify your payment card issuer as soon as You became aware of the unauthorised use of your card. Once You have completed the selection of products You wish to purchase You may proceed to place an order.

As soon as You click "Accept" you will be redirected to a secured payment facility and your browser will go into secure mode. Data relating to your payment will all pass to our server in an encrypted format. As soon as You have finished ordering You will exit secure mode and return to our website.

As an additional protection for You, our system is designed so that You cannot place an order until You are safely within secure mode.

We recommend that You do not communicate your payment card details to anyone, including Us, by e-mail. We cannot be responsible for any losses You may incur in transmitting information to Us by internet link or by e-mail. Any such loss shall not be borne either wholly or partly by Us, and shall be entirely your responsibility.

6. Age requirements

By paying online using your credit card, you are legally agreeing that you are within the age limit allowed by the county you are residing, to purchase insurance online using a credit card.

Please note that you must prove your age at the time of collecting the original policy.

We reserve the right to cancel the policy, if found that You are below the minimum age limit and a cancelation fee of AED 100/- will be levied.

7. Orders for delivery outside the UAE

If You choose to access this website from outside the Territory, You are responsible for complying with local laws, if and to the extent that they are applicable. We do not represent or warrant that any product on this website is appropriate for use or available in locations outside of the Territory, or that it complies with any legal or regulatory requirements of such other locations.

If You order for delivery outside the Territory, You will be responsible for all delivery charges. It is also your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the policy to be delivered.
8. General

Triple A will not be liable to You where performance of any of our obligations to You is prevented or restricted by any circumstance or cause beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for the use You make of the goods. To the extent not prohibited by law, Triple A accepts no liability for any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses). Triple A does not limit its liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

If any part of these Purchase & Payment Terms is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these Purchase & Payment Terms shall be unaffected and shall remain in force.

These Purchase & Payment Terms and any contract between Us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the local law and any dispute will be brought before the local Courts.

Triple A may change these Purchase & Payment Terms at any time, provided that any such change will not affect any purchases You have made before the change is implemented. The Purchase & Payment Terms currently in effect are those published on this website.
